Workshops

FRCQ offers several workshops each year addressing a broad range of skill levels and techniques.  Mini workshops are taught by regional artists and run 1-2 days.  Major Workshops, including retreat workshops, are taught by national and international teachers and typically run 2 or more days. Instructor and venue expenses determine tuition for major workshops.  Tuition is set with the intent that FRCQ neither makes nor loses money, offering members access to high-quality instructors at the lowest possible cost.

Only current FRCQ members may register for workshops and art talks.  Registration will be via PayPal on the date noted in the Workshop description; a link to the PayPal account will be provided in the description as well.  If a workshop does not fill as needed to cover expenses, it may be cancelled 30 days prior to the start of the class.  We may also open it up to friends of our
members who are non-members at a higher price – hopefully to encourage them to join.  If a registered participant elects to withdraw from a workshop, a refund will be issued only if another member on the wait-list can fill the space.  Registration is not transferable.  For more information about how to register for our workshops or to be added to a waitlist, please contact our Workshops team.

To the fullest extent possible, our workshops will be held in person and we will strictly adhere to all prevailing local guidelines regarding COVID-19 safety.  Your cooperation will be appreciated by all students of the workshop.
