Our '2 Brits' Art is the Art of the ordinary, everyday experience as an expression of life. We have taken very simple, unusual materials and created an edgy and quirky exhibition. The craftwork of women of the past intrigues us particularly and we enjoy giving it new life in our world of Art.

Growing up in Central London shortly after WW11 where bomb sites were still very common we were those school children that the teachers said were “hopeless at Art”.   We now work as a Fiber Artists. Inspiration comes to us from life and any fabric, paint or stitch-work that seems to translate that inspiration into a piece of tactile Art.

Working together over the past couple of years we have found ways to create something that excites us; and enabled Kate to work again.
